There’s one myth surrounding juicing that states that any juice you make will taste bad. But, there are plenty of juice recipes out there that do in fact taste good! Juicing doesn’t only have to include greens like kale or spinach either, as many of the recipes out there include only fruit. So, if you are new to juicing, and are looking for some “beginner juice recipes,” here are a few to get you started: (see photos for recipes)
